   I actually ordered almost the entire line of these toys because we liked the first one so much. I really like how they blend classic wood with just a little light and sound and that it comes ready to play with batteries installed! The little figurines and shapes are adorable, and compatible with other toys in the same line.my son loves playing with these along side his brio-style trains. while not remotely in the same scale it all goes together really nicely for pretend play. I think these toys are great for kids up to four years old or so if they love vehicles! My son particularly loves how the ambulance opens up in the back, and the doctor toys packed in there. We don’t have any other rescue vehicles that open like that, very unique! I recommend any of the toys in this line of wooden vehicles.

   I love that the people and the ambulance has wood accents. The noises sounds loud and clear. I have no doubt that my toddler is going to love this whenever I give him this for Christmas.Only issue I have with this toy is it is hard to open, close and the accessories do not stay snapped into their spots. I worry that my toddler will struggle to open this in his own.

   I am surprised at how nice this toy is! This is made of wood and plastic, and the colors are bright and eye catching for a small child. This is not a very large toy, but is a good size for a small child to handle. This can be played with as-is, or you can press the button on the roof and there will be sound effects, a light, and it will play music.The doors open and close and they even included some small “tools” of the trade like scissors, a thermometer, and a sick bed for your patient. You can even transport your patient on the stretcher. 🙂 This is a well thought out toy but the “tools” are small and might not be suitable for very young children who might put them in their mouth. You even get a couple of paramedics for the front of the ambulance.There’s just enough to keep the interest of a young child busy for some time. This comes highly recommended!

   I really like the BELLOCHIDDO toys. I think that they are fun & engaging for young kids. This is advertised as a wooden toy and the main body of the ambulance, the wheels and the two figures are wood, but the rest of this is plastic.The back of the ambulance opens to reveal an X-ray and ambulance tools such as medical scissors, thermometer, a syringe and a mirror tool. There is also a plastic stretcher that fits one of the wooden figures. There is a button on the top of the cab that will play ambulance sounds.The reason I took one star off is that I think this might be challenging for a young child to open & close the back of the ambulance as all the pieces need to be in a certain position to shut. A young child can certainly play with this by themselves, but would need assistance with opening & closing the back of the ambulance.

   So, I wouldn’t call this item a “wooden toy,” as that’s a bit misleading. It’s a wooden and plastic toy, built solidly with durability in mind. It is definitely a quality vehicle that is ultra giftable. My two and a half year old loves the siren and music it plays (funnily enough, the jingle, “He’s a Jolly Good Fellow”). The little doctor tools are really cute too…he keeps the scissors (not functional or sharp) with him at all times, hence them being absent in the pictures. Two wooden figurines with plastic hats are included, one driver and one patient (not interchangeable in the bed due to different shaped hats). This toy lends itself to imaginative play and is really cute!

   I received this product from the Amazon Vine Program. I requested this product for my nephew for Christmas. It is a little smaller than I expected, but it is still really cute. I think he will enjoy playing with it because he loves cars and toys with lights and sound, Cute product!

   This was better than I thought it would be.It’s durable and my son LOVED it. I love that it’s made from wood and it seems like it will last for a while. I wasn’t expecting much from it so I was pleasantly surprised when I opened it.
