As a teacher, I kind of hate Tech Decks and the noise they make during the middle of class. But I also know that they are helpful to some of my students who just can’t sit still for long periods of time. And as a mom, I have the same like-hate relationship with them. I thought these rubberized versions would be cool because they obviously can’t make the same noise as a wooden Tech Deck, but should have the same appeal. I was only partially correct. These are a lot smaller than a regular tech deck, and being made of rubber, they don’t have the same weight. Thus, they don’t move as easily. On the plus side (for me), they don’t make as much noise. But whether it’s the noise or the feel, my son at least doesn’t like them nearly as much as he does the regular Tech Deck. It doesn’t help that the wheels come off pretty easily. I guess, in theory, the wheels should be able to turn like the wheels on a regular Tech Deck, but rubber doesn’t really spin. Given that, it would have been better to have stationary wheels than these that kind of, but don’t really, turn.I haven’t put them in my classroom rewards yet, but I do think they’ll be a hit, as students still need erasers, and the kind that you can play with are always the most fun.

My son recently started collecting the tech deck fingerboards (he already has around 30) and this variation gave him a new level of excitement. The are detailed perfectly well. Being rubberized we definitely cannot play with them like the other fingerboards but the wheels do roll on using gentle pressure, making them pretty much playable. You can also detach the wheels and exchange them with other boards- cool right!Although, they mentioned they can be used as eraser, they are too cool to end up as erasers. They have already ended up in our collectables box.Perfect gift for those fingerboard lovers out there!!

We love tech deck fingerboards and have many ramps and items for trucks. These erasers are fun versions of the classic fingerboards. They remind me of a much more sophisticated version of the first finger boards we made in school in the 80s when we would take flat erasers and put staples on the bottom to make them slide and do tricks. The wheels do actually spin on these but they are more for looks than actually doing fingerboard tricks. My boys love them. We are putting them in the treasure box so they can earn them with good behavior. They can’t wait to get their fingers on these boards. These things look awesome!

I’m happy that I received exactly what was pictured, the real Tech Decks. These are still going strong all these years later. I know a 9 year old that loves them and a 27 year old that loves them. They would make a great gift that any girl or boy into skating would love.

These are a cool concept because you can get away with bringing a toy into school disguised as an eraser. They feel awesome and the designs are all really cute, but because they are all eraser – the wheels don’t roll very easily and a couple came off. They go right back on but worth noting

These made great party favors for my son’s bday party him and his friends loved them and the cool designs, now they can take them to school and use them as erasers.

Erasers . Flexible . Can’t really do tricks like regular finger boards. Shorter. They do have Moving wheels! cool designs

As long as you know that these are an eraser then they are pretty cool and a very good eraser at that!
