A must have for Knight Rider fans like myself. The quality is good as it’s made from metal. The scanner works when the doors are opened but that’s it.Nice addition for a desk.

This is an incredible replica! I was so upset when I got it to find that UPS had thrown it on my back porch and it turned into ‘Mad assembly required’, but that is not Jada’s fault so I’m totally still giving 5 Stars. All seriousness, I was so grateful my husband was able to get it back together. I’m so happy with it. It looks incredible and makes me smile.

My kids love this knight rider car. Just like the one on TV, and the flashing red light is great.

I own (and still drive) a 1982 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am, and was looking for a model just like it – this was as close as I could find. Apparently K.I.T.T. is the only version of the 1982 T/A in a model. This toy model is the Optional Trans Am used in “Knight Rider” which had the trouble-plagued “Cross-Fire Injection” version of the engine which used Throttle Body Injection to crank out 165 bhp, hence the thing on the hood. Mine has the conventional 5.0L carburetor engine and the hood is nice and symmetrically flat – no stupid hood scoop. Mine also had no leaking sky lights, and the engine was the preferable Chevrolet engine with solid lifters, rather than the Pontiac engine which was a pain in the, well you know. Knight Rider’s first episode has my version, then they ‘spiced’ up the series and changed it to the optional 1982 version. Still, it’s a nice model and reminds me of mine…
