I have been waiting on the Miura to be released ever since I saw it in a preview on YouTube. The box and the model are nice. The detail is pretty good for a Hot Wheels car complete with tampoโs For the front and rear lights, Lamborghini insignia, and it even says โBertoneโ (the original design house of the real car) on the body. It even comes in a Spectraflame Yellow-Gold which is a nice nod to the original Hot Wheels that premiered 50 years ago (for those of you who donโt know that). It is definitely nowhere near as detailed as a Tomica Limited Vintage or Tarmac Works diecast car, but itโs still nice. Then again, this car isnโt for sitting on a shelf, itโs designed for racing on the Hot Wheels id track and the standard track system. I have about seven id cars, and this one has already hit a speed of 220 miles per hour through the HW id Portal. This is definitely one of the coolest cars of this new series.

This was a fun gift for my cousin.Because our extended family is so big we like to conduct a secret santa gift exchange. It gives us the opportunity to hang with our cousins, nephews, nieces, grandma, uncles, etc…Well we fill out cards with info about ourselves including things we like and want. The limit for us is about $50-100 dollars but sometimes we’ll add a far fetched gift idea like a Tesla car.Being that I’m not Jeff Bezos or Elon Musk, I just cant gift Tesla’s here and there. If so, we’d all have one. Instead, I decided to complement my cousins gift with this add on. It was fun, we all had a laugh, and on the plus side the presentation and the tiny car were solid. Good buy.

My niece is a huge fan of hot wheels and has several little tracks and kits. A large collection of cars and this one goes great with them. Looks like she can download the app and have additional features with this one too. Sure to keep her happy and wanting the other cars in this collection / series.

This car was actually much cooler than expected. I was tempted to keep for myself, but purchased as gift for my friend – classic car fan & owner of an actual 1969 GTO. It’s bigger than I expected (yeah I know, its scaled diff from reg diecast cars ie: hot wheels), PLUS – I wanted to check it out too (everyone did). So to my surprise it’s actually a pullback car & watch it go! He is 62, very hard to buy for (buys what he wants when he wants), has 3 classic cars in garage & has never indicated he’d like a miniature replica for the fireplace mantle. In fact, I was nervous he might think it silly. Really nervous! I was thrilled when HE SAID IT WAS THE BEST GIFT HE’S RECEIVED IN A LONG TIME!
