This, and another Candylabtoys car were gifts to a friend’s sons. His wife sent me a video showing their over the top reaction to the them. I should mention that I previously purchased the Plum 50 for my good friend’s 55th Birthday and he was just as estatic about receiving it! This car has a classic 60’s design and feel. It is substantial in the hand and [for the kids] rugged enough to be played with considerably. The paint is beautiful, and you can tell that a lot of time and effort went into designing these great little cars. The company just completed a successful KS campaign [I am a backer] so that they can produce all of the toys here in the US where they can maintain their high quality and production standards. As a result I can’t wait to see the type of products they create!Get one (or a few)!

These little cars are so beautiful and well constructed! We love CandyLab products and I loved being able to get them on amazon for a valentine’s gifts for some kiddos. Highly recommend.

So cute and well made. I expected it to be smaller but thrilled it’s with it. Seriously a great buy!

Probably just about the cutest little well made car I’ve ever seen.I’ll bring buying the bigger ones, because turns out we’re all just obsessed!
Turnip –
Beautiful cars, the exact size that fits the waytoplay roads. They are somewhat fragile, and we had a few broken corners glued back. Also, the tires are attached with a very thin bar that I wish was more durable (like the waytoplay cars for example).

We loved our little car when we opened the box but after 3 days playing that’s what we have. It’s easily dents and paint chips right off. My son threw it in a sink with water and that resulted in warped and peeled paint. While one might rush to say that it’s a wooden toy that’s not supposed to be submerged in water, I assure you it wasn’t in that long and I would think that fastness of paint should be able to withstand getting wet once. We love wooden toys from ikea to Melissa and Doug, and other brands in between but it is the first one that lasted only few days. I was excited to collect number of them but it will be last one we purchased, unfortunately. Take note, if your child is rough player, it might be a delicate toy for you.

So cute and fun. Great collectors item but if you want to play with these they will chip in paint and pieces of wood break off too. I wish they were sturdier. None of this brand have held up to our sons play.
