My 3 yr old grandson has many toy construction vehicles but he really loves this one. It works as it’s supposed to. The wheels work better outside in the sand and dirt than most of the other ones that have tracks, which get clogged and/or keep coming off. There are no electronics in this one so there is no concern with getting it wet. You can wash it with a hose if you wish. Many of my grandson’s other toys have lights, horns, etc. but it doesn’t seem to bother him at all that this one doesn’t. I would definitely recommend this and other Bruder toys. They are quality products.

My 3 year old son loves this toy! My dad wanted to get him an excavator for his birthday and I decided on this one. It’s not too big for playing with inside and doesn’t make any noise. My son loves it!

My grandson absolutely loves this red excavator. It’s not made of metal so parts could break. It’s a good size too. Great attention to detail – very authentic.

My 3 year old likes it and plays with it sometimes but $50 is a little steep for an all plastic toy. I can’t speak to how it holds up because he doesn’t play with it enough to know.
